W26-15. Three draw Spyglass,c 1850Achromatic objective diameter 1 1/5 " stopped down to 1" by sliding light hood, terrestrial eyepiece, both objective and eye piece have sliding lens protectors. The length is 34" fully extended and 13.5" closed; the overall diameter is 2.5". The body is covered with black shark skin, brass finish age darkened. The piece is well engineered optically.
